Amberton Beach Lighthouse Adventure Park, Eglinton Foreshore
Amberton Beach Adventure park in Eglinton Foreshore has been inspired by its local surrounds, with a coastal theme for Perth kids to explore and ignite little imaginations.
The bright coloured 8.5m lighthouse tower is the playgrounds centrepiece complete with twisting tunnel slides, rope climbing nets and viewing platforms overlooking the Indian Ocean.
Other nautical play equipment includes a timber shipwreck play structure, treasure map, rope maze, marine creature spring rockers, sand pulley and play station, rock climbing, log steppers, toddler mound slides plus a good size basketball and netball court (bring your own balls of course)
The foreshore precinct also features sheltered picnic tables, bbq facilities, grassy lawn areas to kick a ball, throw a frisbee or fly a kite. The Amberton Beach Bar and Kitchen Cafe is nearby on the water too if you wanted to have a bite to eat or cold drink after playing.
There are shade sails over only some of the play equipment so please remember to pack sun hats, sunscreen and a drink bottle, it will definitely be needed on those warm sunny days.
