Baby on Board Fitness run exercise classes designed specifically for pregnant and postnatal women. With Baby on Board Fitness you do not need to worry about finding a babysitter as classes are designed to include baby so you can workout knowing that baby is happy and safe.

Monday- 10:30 am – 11:20 am
Thursday- 10:30 am – 11:20 am
