Postnatal group fitness classes for mums and babies/toddlers at the Elwood Scout Hall in Elwood.
Classes run for 45minutes and include pelvic floor and core strengthening as well as a full body workout which is safe for your recovering body and suits all fitness levels. First session is FREE so come along and give it a go!

Class times for 2018

Wednesdays: 10:30 – 12:00 pm *flexible start time, start between 10.30-11.15am and stay for 45mins.
Fridays: 9:30 – 11:00 am *flexible start time, start between 9.30-10.15am and stay for 45mins.

Wednesday- 10:30 am – 12:00 pm
Friday- 09:30 am – 11:00 am

Age: Mums and Bubs.
Pre-Book: Pre- book casual or 10 session class pass.
Changing Facilities: None, bring portable change mat/towel for changing.
Pram Accessibility: Plenty of space for prams, side gate & ramp to enter.
Refreshments: Cafes near by, often everyone has a coffee after class.
Parent Accompany Child: Babies and children welcome.
Breastfeeding Area: The class is breastfeeding friendly and you can feed at any time before during or after the class. There are bench seats and rooms off the hall which can be used for feeding.
