Heronswood Gardens Mornington Peninsula, Dromana

Located on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, the stunning 2 hectare property Heronswood Gardens, Nursery and Restaurant offer a picturesque location to escape the crowds, relax with the family and shop a huge range of plants, heirloom seeds and garden wares.

Heronswood Gardens is the home of The Diggers Club, Australias largest gardening club and showcases some of the best flowers and plants. The gardens change throughout the year and peak in summer with wonderful planting combinations of summer perennials and heirloom vegetables. Word is they have the largest collection of fruit and vegetables for gardeners and Heronswood was the first public garden in Australia to be certified organic.

Dine at Heronswood’s Fork to Fork Restaurant, located within the historic Heronswood House. The menu is seasonal and uses only organic produce mostly from their extensive onsite kitchen gardens. We recommend going out on the lawns for a picnic to admire the views across Port Phillip Bay.

Open 7 days a week, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
