We spent our morning exploring the Hills District latest new family park addition, and this “Bee Inspired” playground is far from your typical park.

Leslie Patrick Park is completely gated encompassing a wide range of all-abilities play equipment varying from; swings, sensory gardens, slippery slides, cubby houses, misting totem poles, plus barbecue and toilet facilities.

Our park visit was complete when we were lucky enough to attend a FREE community story time session provided from Arana Hills Library. This “signed” session was truely a wonderful touch to our normal morning park visit. My little one never usually sits still long enough for story time but did for this one all whilst getting involved with the action rhymes and songs.
