Returning to exercise after the birth of a baby needs to be done safely and with a qualified postnatal trainer. Kangatraining is a fun, safe, multi award-winning postnatal workout for Mums and Bubs incorporating babywearing, cardio and dance.
As a mum myself I loved attending Kangatraining and love that I now can pass this on to other Mums as an instructor. Health is not just about what we eat but is also about mental and physical health. Kangatraining assists with both of these as it allows us time to bond with our babies whilst brining movement back into our post natal lives.
