Kid Friendly Classes for Mums at Sip Lift Love Gym
Are you a mum looking to get back into physical activity and not sure where to start? Sip Lift Love Gym are starting a mums only class that focuses on functional movements that will both help you to become healthier, fitter and stronger as well as making those everyday tasks easier.
The classes are for mums with children of any age (if your child is less than 12 months old please ensure your doctor has cleared you for this type of activity). They are tailored classes, depending on individual abilities and combine some cardio, strength and core training.
Sip Lift Love Gym are a small gym and welcome new members or casual visitors. Coach Matty has recently opened this gym after previously operating in the Eastern suburbs of Hawthorn and Blackburn.
Proposed 45 minutes class times Tuesday 09:45am, Friday 09:45am and Saturday 08:00am.
Monday- 05:30 am – 09:00 pm
Tuesday- 05:30 am – 09:00 pm
Wednesday- 05:30 am – 09:00 pm
Thursday- 05:30 am – 09:00 pm
Friday- 05:30 am – 09:00 pm
Saturday- 07:30 am – 06:00 pm
Sunday- 08:30 am – 06:00 pm
