My Midwives Pregnancy Pilates
Liana’s prenatal Pilates class works through a series of exercises that will lengthen, strengthen and stretch your body whilst providing a fun, safe and effective workout. The class ends with a guided relaxation to ensure you leave the class feeling truly relaxed and energized. It is suitable for all trimesters and levels of fitness.
