My Midwives Pregnancy Yoga
Kate’s classes cover meditation, guided relaxation, the use of chanting and mantra, pranayama (harnessing of energy through breath and awareness) and a blend of movement and held postures that seek to balance openness with strength and stamina. All these elements combine to encourage a comfortable, embodied pregnancy and an active, empowering birth.
