Renata Brak
The Waterloo Library is located in the Waterloo Town Hall, where it first opened in 1972. They offer programs such as Rhyme time and Story time for children every Friday during school term.
Rhyme time is a lap sit program for babies that combines rhymes, music, singing and puppets to develop early literacy skills.
Story time is a fun session of storytelling and craft for pre-schoolers that fosters an early love of reading and develops literacy skills and social interaction in readiness for school.
