Babies on Board is a 45 minute Xtend Barre workout for Mums and their babies. Baby will be in the carrier/sling while Mum tones and strengthens the whole body in a safe and fun way! This workout is great for losing those unwanted pregnancy kilos and also encourages bonding between you and your baby. You MUST have your 6 week clearance from the doctor before attending this class. Not suitable for babies over 10 kilos or crawling babies.
