Xtend Barre gently helps Mums regain strength lost during pregnancy and birth while allowing necessary bonding time with bubs through movement and music. Barre combines elements of pilates, dance and ballet to give you a full body workout that strengthen and lengthens your physique as well as improving posture and core strength.

Mums and Bubs provides new mums with the perfect opportunity to meet like minded women and do something for themselves! It is suitable for all babies until crawling and most babies fall asleep with baby whispering instructor Alanna who is a mum of two young boys herself.
**Mums must have medical clearance before signing up. (6 week minimum clearance to exercise- and 10 – 12 weeks for c-section)

Monday- 06:00 am – 08:00 pm
Tuesday- 09:00 am – 08:00 pm
Wednesday- 06:00 am – 08:00 pm
Thursday- 06:00 am – 08:00 pm
Friday- 06:00 am – 11:00 am
Saturday- 08:30 am – 11:00 am
Sunday- 09:00 am – 11:00 am
